Daily Check-in:

Team member and team leader to meet daily to discuss and overcome challenges

Training:

Development of a bespoke training package to suit team member's current skills set to meet client's requirements

Day 30 Client Review:

Team leader reviews team member progress with the client and establishes the next 30 day plan

Day 60 Client Review:

Team leader reviews team member progress with the client and establishes the next 30 day plan

Documenting Processes:

Client systems and processes are established, documented on the client preferred server and are followed by all

Weekly Check In:

Continuing to enhance team member's performance through weekly feedback sessions with the team leader

Task Review:

Team leader and team member to review and refine next 30 days allocated tasks

Day 60 Client Review:

Team leader reviews team member progress with the client and establishes the next 30 day plan

Client satisfaction check-in, team member performance evaluation, and forward planning session, including establishing ongoing communications tempo

Monthly Check In:

Team leader to establish formal monthly team member coaching session

90 Day Milestone:

Celebrating team member's progress, with formal performance evaluation
